Inside the New Cairo Facility

The Cairo facility doubles our production capacity and gives us proper control over the supply chain from potato delivery to finished pack. Construction started in late 2023; the first finished bag came off the line in early September 2025.

What changed

Lead times to MEA distributors are down by 40%. We’ve cut our reliance on third-party logistics from three providers to one. And — most importantly — we’ve added the headroom to ship every 2026 launch on schedule.
